All product returns must be post marked within 45 days of the
product's original ship date from Done the Impossible. Email Tony
for a return RMA prior to shipping your return to us.

Done the Impossible is not responsible for any returned product lost in shipping.
You must use a shipping method with a tracking number to ensure that your return reaches us.


Unopened/Unused Product -
Unopened/Unused product may be returned for a full refund of
the purchuse price minus shipping and handeling charges, if
returned within 45 days of the product's ship date from our facilities.


Defective Opened/Used Product -

If your product is opened/used we will exchange the product for the same
product, if returned within 45 days of the product's ship date from our facilities.
